1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily submit through the Project Scoper form on the Contact page:

• Full name and email address
• Company or organization name (optional)
• Project description and requirements
• Existing systems or tools you choose to mention

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on this website. Standard server access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) may be retained by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) according to their own privacy policy.

While you complete the Project Scoper, its entries and current step are saved in your browser's session storage so they can be restored if the page is refreshed. This temporary copy is deleted after the form submission succeeds or when the browser session ends. Submitting the form sends its details to Veltrio's Cloudflare Worker, which emails the company and sends a confirmation to the address provided. The WhatsApp link is separate.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information you send to Veltrio through the contact form is used solely to:

• Evaluate your project inquiry and prepare a response
• Follow up to discuss project requirements
• Send a project scoping assessment or engagement proposal

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you submit the form, your inquiry is sent to founder@veltriohq.com and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided. The separate WhatsApp contact link opens WhatsApp; its message is sent only after you review and send it there.

4. Email Delivery

The browser sends the inquiry to Veltrio's Cloudflare Worker, which validates the request and delivers the company notification and customer confirmation using Zoho Mail. The form does not store inquiry content in a Veltrio website database. Cloudflare and Zoho process the request and email content to provide this service. 5. Data Retention

An unsent form draft is retained in your browser session until the session ends. After a successful submission, the local draft is removed. We retain submitted inquiries in our email inbox as long as needed to manage the potential engagement. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted by emailing founder@veltriohq.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if site behavior changes. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
